We are twin sisters Jana and Stania, Family and Lifestyle Photographers and we run Simek Photography based in Horsham, West Sussex.

We grew up in a small town in the Czech Republic. We always loved photography and with the arrival of our children our passion for photography  grew at an unstoppable pace. Together, we started taking pictures of our 4  wonderful children, ranging in age from 8 to 15. We eagerly photographed all their milestones and magical moments.
 
With our husbands supplying us with lenses and cameras, through training courses, online learning and practical experience we were set to start. We began taking photos for our friends and family.

As we worked ( and still do ) in childcare for the last 20 years, we have lots of experience with children of all ages. Also, we enjoy a challenge and fun photoshoot to test and stretch our abilities.   
 
In our spare time we love spending time with friends and family and find engaging in self-development activities like travelling, hiking and exercising most fulfilling.
 
We believe that photography is an art to which memories can be captured forever. Now we're here on a goal to take photos for you and anyone else who wants to go for a photoshoot and would like to have a few memorable photos.
